Keila Ravelo is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Antitrust Practice Group. Keila focuses on high-profile antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters, internal investigations, and legal issues impacting the financial services industry. She has a wide range of experience with respect to federal civil practice and procedure and class actions, particularly in the areas of antitrust, securities and insurance litigation. In addition, Keila's practice includes global regulatory advocacy and counseling on competition, trade regulation and other commercial matters.
Prior to joining Willkie, Keila was a partner at Hunton & Williams and was also previously with Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells.
Keila is a member of the American Bar Association (Antitrust Section), the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the New York Women's Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors for the National Center for Law and Economic Justice, and served as a 2011 Guest Speaker on Complex Class Action Litigation at Cardozo Law School.
