Robert Jacobson is a partner in the Tax Department and advises clients on a wide range of federal income tax matters including mergers and acquisitions, project finance and associated tax credits, leveraged buyouts and exit transactions. Robert has broad industry experience with a particular focus on energy clients engaged in renewable energy and infrastructure, oil and gas exploration and production, midstream activities and oilfield services.
