Mia Guizzetti Hayes is counsel in the Communications & Media Department. Mia represents public and private companies before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Executive Branch on the regulatory and national security aspects of communications and media transactions and advises private equity funds and other investors on the regulatory aspects of investments in communications and media companies. She also represents communications and media companies in rulemakings and enforcement matters before the FCC.
