Matthew J. Haddad is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. Matthew’s focus includes mergers and acquisitions (both public and private companies), private equity/venture capital transactions, joint ventures and capital markets transactions. In addition, Matthew provides advice on general corporate and securities matters. Matthew’s private equity experience includes representing financial sponsors in early stage and growth equity investments, as well as portfolio company representation.

Matthew was ranked #5 in MergerLinks’ listing of the “Top Mid Cap M&A Lawyers in North America” for 2023, and was also ranked #2 for the same category for 2022, and #4 for the same category for 2021. In addition, he was ranked #9 in MergerLinks’ listing of the “Top FinTech Lawyers in North America” for 2021.
