  • Swatch Group Management Services v. Bloomberg, 2-2412-cv and 12-2645-cv (2nd Cir. 2014) (affirming S.D.N.Y. ruling that "fair use" exemptions protect Bloomberg from allegations that it violated federal copyright law)
  • Martinez v. Bloomberg, 2014 BL 9157 (2d Cir. Jan. 14, 2014) (affirming dismissal of employment discrimination claim)
  • James v. Cain, Warden, (24th Judicial District Court, State of Louisiana) (secured exoneration and release, through DNA testing, of a wrongly-convicted man who spent 30 years in prison)
