Adrien Giraud is a national partner in the Antitrust and Competition Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Adrien’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of competition law matters, including merger control, anticompetitive practices, abuse of dominance and State aids. He provides counseling and handles litigation matters in both the EU and France. Adrien has particular experience in the sectors of energy, chemicals, car manufacturing, shipping, telecommunications, broadcasting, banking and insurance. He is fluent in French and English and conversant in Portuguese.
Prior to joining Willkie in 2006, Adrien was an associate in the Antitrust Competition and Trade group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris.
