On March 1, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (NYSE: MMC) completed its $600 million offering of 4.200% senior notes due 2048. Willkie represented the underwriters, led by joint book-running managers Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and other underwriters in the transaction. BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC, GC Securities, a division of MMC Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and others acted as co-managers for the offering.

Pricing of the notes offering was announced on February 27 and proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
