The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 8 under the ticker symbol “VCTR”.

Willkie client Victory Capital Holdings launched an initial public offering of 11,700,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $13.00 per share, raising $152 million. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 8 under the ticker symbol “VCTR”.

Additionally, Victory Capital has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,755,000 shares of its Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering closed on February 12.

Victory Capital is an integrated multi-boutique asset management firm, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, with approximately $61.8 billion in assets under management and advisement, as of December 2017. Willkie previously advised Victory Capital on its acquisitions of RS Investments, Compass EMP and Munder Capital Management.
