Waterland has sold its shares in the German fashion and trade show organizer to UK-based Clarion Events.
Waterland has announced the sale of its interest in the PREMIUM Group to Clarion Events.
PREMIUM Group is a leading European organizer of fashion shows, trade fairs and conferences. Over the past decade, the PREMIUM group has created a unique platform for fashion throughout Europe. Its well-known branded shows include PREMIUM, SEEK, BRIGHT and Show & Order.

Willkie previously represented Waterland in its 2015 acquisition of shares of PREMIUM group from one of the founders, in connection with the ownership structure reorganization of the company.
The Willkie team was lead by Dr. Stefan Jörgens and Mario Schmidt and included partners Dr. Patrick Meiisel, national partner Dr. Bettina Bokeloh and associates Tim Bulian, Erik Göretzlehner, Ilie Manole, Wolfgang Münchow and Lukas Nein.
