Congratulations to Todd Cosenza and Michael Schachter who were selected as MVPs by Law360 in its 2017 list. From over 1,000 nominations, Law360 selected Mr. Cosenza as one of six attorneys recognized in the Banking category for his victories on behalf of several banking institutions, including for Barclays Bank PLC in MBI International Holdings Inc. v. Barclays Bank PLC. and Mr. Schachter as one of six named in the White Collar category for his victory in a Second Circuit LIBOR manipulation case, U.S. v. Anthony Allen. In announcing their selection, Law360 notes the attorneys “distinguished themselves from their peers by securing hard-earned successes in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals.”
