Paris, London, New York and Frankfurt offices advise PAI Partners on its €1.6 billion investment in the Dutch-listed leading independent bottler of soft drinks and fruit juices.
A cross-border Willkie deal team represented PAI Partners on the French, English, German and U.S. aspects of its €1.6 billion investment, alongside British Columbia Investment Management Corp. (bcIMC), in the Dutch-listed company Refresco. A leading independent bottler of soft drinks and fruit juices, Refresco has production operations in the Benelux, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, the UK and the U.S.
The Willkie deal team was led by partner Cédric Hajage and included: Paris – special European counsel Philippe Grudé and associate Virginie Sayag; London – partner Claire McDaid and UK partner Sebastian FitzGerald; New York – partner Michael Katz and associate Adam Remo; Frankfurt – national partner Maximilian Schwab and associate Matthias Schudlo.
