Funds affiliated with Thomas H. Lee Partners will acquire a significant stake in HighTower in connection with HighTower’s recapitalization.
Willkie represented a group of institutional investors in connection with the sale of a significant stake in HighTower Holdings LLC, a registered investment adviser and broker dealer, to funds managed by Thomas H. Lee Partners.
HighTower is a national advisor-owned financial services company serving high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
The transaction was handled by partners Gregory Astrachan, Jordan Messinger, Hillel Jacobson, Georgia Bullitt, James Silk, and Carly Glover Saviano; counsel Spencer Simon; and associates Brad Friedman, Andrew Prodromos, William Halaby, Guy Inbar, Geri Anne McEvoy and Elizabeth Case.
