Willkie advised Essent Group Ltd. in a public offering of 5,000,000 common shares pursuant to its currently effective shelf registration statement, resulting in $199.5 million in proceeds to the company before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the company.
The offering closed on August 11, 2017.
