On May 12, it was announced that Funds advised by Willkie client Castik Capital acquired a majority stake in inet GmbH, Austria from the international transportation and logistics company Gebrüder Weiss. The company, together with founder Oswald Werle, remain a shareholder of inet.

Inet GmbH is a rapidly growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of transportation management systems (TMS) for complex, global transportation networks. Based in Luxembourg, Castik Capital focuses on identifying and developing investment opportunities across Europe.
