Willkie client Aquiline Capital Partners leads Sellers in $205.2 million sale of BISAM. 

On March 20, FactSet announced it had agreed to acquire BISAM Technologies S.A., an Aquiline Capital Partners portfolio company for $205.2 million.

Many of the world’s largest asset managers use BISAM’s software to evaluate and enhance their investment strategies and better serve their clients. BISAM is a leading provider of portfolio performance and attribution, multi-asset risk, GIPS composites management and reporting. FactSet is a global provider of integrated financial information, analytical applications, and industry-leading service.

Willkie advised Aquiline, the Sellers and BISAM in this transaction.
