Willkie represents IK in its acquisition of a significant minority stake in B2S Group, a leading French player in the outsourcing of customer services management.

On June 6, Willkie client IK Investment Partners announced that the IK Small Cap I Fund has acquired a significant minority stake in B2S Group, a leading French player in the outsourcing of customer services management. IK Funds will invest alongside Maxime Didier, founder and majority shareholder of the Group.

B2S Group offers its large client base an extensive portfolio of customer experience services, including consulting, telesales, customer services, debt collection and technical assistance. Currently operating 13 contract centers in France, Morocco and Madagascar, B2S Group has approximately 6,000 employees and generated €150 million in revenue in 2015. The Willkie team on this latest transaction was led by partner Eduardo Fernandez and included national partner Grégory de Saxcé and associates Gil Kiener, Xavier Nassoy, Igor Kukhta and Camille Rezette.
