On February 16, it was announced that G.E.T. Enterprises was acquired by Olympus Partners. Willkie represented G.E.T.’s CEO and other senior management in selling certain interests in the company, rollover investments and continuing employment arrangements.

G.E.T. Enterprises is the leading provider of premium-quality, creative alternative tabletop solutions to the food service industry. G.E.T. products are used in restaurants, hotels, casinos, colleges and universities, nightclubs, cruise lines and more.

Olympus Partners is a private equity firm focused on providing equity capital for middle-market management buyouts and for companies needing capital for expansion.

The deal was handled by partners Bruce Herzog, Mark Holdsworth and Hillel Jacobson.
