Leading SaaS provider symplr is a portfolio company of The CapStreet Group.
On November 23, Willkie client Vendor Credentialing Service LLC, d/b/a symplr, a portfolio company of The CapStreet Group, announced that it completed a recapitalization led by Pamlico Capital and existing investors, including The CapStreet Group. The deal signed and closed simultaneously.
symplr is headquartered in Houston and is a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) based healthcare compliance and credentialing solutions.
The CapStreet Group is a Houston-based private equity firm founded in 1990 that invests in owner-managed, lower middle-market companies headquartered in Texas and surrounding states, with a particular emphasis on companies headquartered in the greater Houston area.
The deal was handled by partners Bruce Herzog, Angela Olivarez, Thomas Mark, Hillel Jacobson and Jeffrey Goldfarb; and associates Garrett Johnston, Zachary Chittick, Cheryl Looper, Ryan Cicero and Ginger Ellison.
