Willkie represents Warburg Pincus portfolio company RegionalCare in its proposed sale to Apollo.

On November 12, Willkie client RegionalCare Hospital Partners, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company, announced that it has agreed to be acquired by funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management.

RegionalCare is an owner and operator of eight regional acute care facilities in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Iowa, Montana, Ohio and Texas.

Long-time Willkie client Warburg Pincus is a leading global private equity firm focused on growth investing. Apollo is a global alternative investment manager with approximately $162 billion under management.

The Willkie deal team was led by corporate partners Steven Gartner and Robert Stebbins and corporate associates Howard Block and Timothy Andree.
