Willkie advises the underwriters led by Citigroup
Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. recently announced that it has priced $500 million of 2.350% senior notes due 2020. Willkie represented the underwriters led by joint bookrunning managers Citigroup, HSBC, Barclays and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Marsh intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes. The matter was handled by partners David Boston, Laura Delanoy and Leslie Mazza, and associates Laura Acker and Christopher Edwab.
