Willkie represents BMO Capital Markets as Hennessy’s financial advisor.
Hennessy Capital Acquisition Corp. acquired all of the outstanding capital stock of School Bus Holdings Inc., an indirect parent company of Blue Bird Corporation, from funds affiliated with Cerberus Capital Management. The deal is valued at approximately $255 million.
Willkie represented BMO Capital Markets, which served as Hennessy’s financial advisor in the matter. The Willkie team included partner David Boston and associate Manuel Miranda.
