Willkie represents Safe Fleet in its acquisition of firefighting equipment manufacturer.
Willkie advised Safe Fleet, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, a Houston-based private equity firm, in its acquisition of Elkhart Brass Manufacturing Company, Inc., a 113-year old, industry-leading manufacturer of firefighting and fire protection equipment. Safe Fleet provides safety-and productivity-oriented components to the emergency vehicle, truck and bus markets. The Willkie team included partner Bruce Herzog and associates Shari Pire and Hania Masud.
