Willkie Represents Ekkio in acquisition of veterinary pharmaceutical company.
French private equity firm Ekkio Capital has acquired Audevard, a veterinary pharmaceutical company focused on the equine field that develops and distributes a comprehensive range of nutritional solutions and medical treatments. The Willkie team was led by partner Christophe Garaud and included associates Xavier Nassoy and Liza Scemama. Philippe Grudé, special European counsel, advised on tax matters.
