An affiliate of Veritas Capital acquires Willkie client BeyondTrust from Insight Venture Partners.
On September 2, Willkie client BeyondTrust, the cybersecurity industry’s only provider of context-aware solutions for privilege and vulnerability management, announced that an affiliate of private equity firm Veritas Capital will acquire the company from Insight Venture Partners. BeyondTrust empowers security-conscious organizations with Context-Aware Security Intelligence, delivering Privileged Account Management and Vulnerability Management solutions that reduce IT security risks and simplify compliance reporting across heterogeneous IT environments. More than half of the companies listed on the Dow Jones Industrial Average rely on BeyondTrust to secure their enterprises.
The deal was handled by corporate partners Gordon Caplan and Matthew Guercio and associates Matthew Haddad, Evan Goodman, Kristin Toppeta and due diligence attorney Jeffrey Kahn, as well as finance partner William Dye; employee benefits partner Jordan Messinger and associate Helen Skinner; tax partner Chris Peters and associate Kal Dargan; intellectual property associates Amir Ghavi and Tara Thieme and special counsel Jonathan Konoff.
