Real estate investment trust (REIT) DiamondRock Hospitality Company acquires the fee simple condominium interest in the Hilton Garden Inn/Times Square Central in New York City.
Willkie represented DiamondRock Hospitality Company in its $127.2 million acquisition of the fee simple condominium interest in the Hilton Garden Inn/Times Square Central. The Hilton Garden Inn/Times Square Central is a newly constructed 282-room hotel located on 42nd Street between Avenue of the Americas and Broadway in New York City. It will be operated by Highgate Hotels, the single largest operator of hotels in New York City. DiamondRock Hospitality Company is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns a leading portfolio of geographically diversified hotels concentrated in top gateway markets and destination resort locations.
