Leading French equipment rental company Kiloutou acquires Most Location, a lifting equipment rental specialist.
Willkie client Kiloutou, a leading French equipment rental company, recently announced its acquisition of Most Location, a lifting equipment rental specialist. The deal continues Kiloutou’s expansion after having acquired Mediac’up Atlantique in 2010, Altéad heights business, Top’Loc and BM Location in 2011, and Starlift in 2012. The acquisition of Most Location, which has nine branches in France, will reinforce Kiloutou’s positioning within the civil engineering sector.
The deal was handled by partner Christophe Garaud, special European counsel Philippe Grudé and associates Paul Guillemin and Georges Balit.
