AXA Private Equity provides additional €100 million bond financing to support the development of Ceva Santé Animale, a global veterinary health company.
On October 30, Willkie client AXA Private Equity, the leading European diversified private equity firm, announced that it is providing €100 million of additional financing to support the development of Ceva, a global veterinary health company. The deal follows AXA Private Equity’s initial investment in Ceva of €30 million in 2007. With over 3,000 employees in 43 countries, Ceva Santé Animale focuses on the research, development, production and marketing of vaccines and pharmaceutical products for companion animals, livestock, swine and poultry. The deal was handled by national partner Paul Lombard and associates Igor Kukhta and Virginie Sayag.
