Willkie Represents Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank in Lennar’s $350 Million Bond Offering

Willkie represents the initial purchasers in Lennar Corporation’s offering of 4.750% Senior Notes due 2022.

On October 18, Lennar Corporation announced the pricing of a Rule 144A offering of $350 million principal amount of its 4.750% Senior Notes due 2022 to initial purchasers. Willkie represented the initial purchasers, led by Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank. The offering closed on October 23. Miami-based Lennar, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, constructs affordable, move-up and retirement homes.

Willkie also advised the initial purchasers in Lennar’s $350 million offering of senior notes in July 2012. The current deal was handled by partners David Boston, Laura Delanoy and Leslie Mazza, of counsel Martin Miller and associates Manuel Miranda, Theodore Neos, Christopher Gabriel and Hania Masud.
