Willkie represents Deutsche Bank Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch and UBS Investment Bank in the Rule 144A offering of senior notes.

On July 17, Lennar Corporation announced the pricing of a Rule 144A offering of $350 million principal amount of its 4.75% Senior Notes due 2017 to initial purchasers. Willkie represented the initial purchasers, Deutsche Bank Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch and UBS Investment Bank, which resold the notes to qualified institutional buyers. The offering closed on July 20. Miami-based Lennar, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, constructs affordable, move-up and retirement homes. The deal was handled by partners David Boston and Leslie Mazza; of counsel Martin Miller and associates Theodore Neos, Laura Acker and Rebecca Villarreal.
