Level 3 Communications, Inc. prices latest Rule 144A offering of senior notes.
On July 18, Willkie client Level 3 Communications, Inc.announced that it has agreed to sell $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 8.875% Senior Notes due 2019 in a Rule 144A offering to qualified institutional buyers. Based in Bloomfield, Colorado, Level 3 is a leading international provider of fiber-based communications services. The deal was handed by partners David Boston, Laura Delanoy, Cristopher Greer and William Hiller and associates Howard Block and Laura Acker.
