Firm advises global electrical supplies distributor Rexel on competition law aspects of its acquisition of competitor SCT Toutelectric.
The firm recently assisted Rexel, a leading global distributor of electrical supplies, on the competition law aspects of its acquisition of the assets of Société Commerciale Toutelectric, an electrical supplies distributor operating in the Southwest of France. The deal has been approved by the French Competition Authority – Autorité de la Concurrence – with no conditions. The deal was handled by partner David Tayar and associates Adrien Giraud and Mathilde Saltiel.
