Firm Advises on Marsh & McLennan’s $500 Million Bond Offering

On July 12, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. announced that it has priced $500 million of 4.80% Senior Notes due 2021. Willkie represented the underwriters, led by joint book-running managers BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
