Willkie is pleased to announce that Mario Schmidt has agreed to join the firm as a partner in the Frankfurt office. Mr. Schmidt, presently a partner at Clifford Chance, is recognized as a leading Private Equity expert in Europe. He joins Jochen Winter in Frankfurt, and will help form the core of a formidable transactional team. He will join the firm on February 1, 2007.
