Partner Rita Molesworth served as a panelist at the 38th Annual FIA Law & Compliance Conference on the Regulation of Futures, Derivatives and OTC Products, hosted by FIA’s Law & Compliance Division. The division monitors legal and regulatory developments affecting the futures and derivatives industry, assisting FIA in providing information to help relevant regulators and courts make decisions that affect the futures and cleared swaps community.
The division’s annual conference attracts more than 800 industry participants and representatives from regulatory agencies to discuss current legal and compliance issues.
