James Burns, a partner in Willkie’s Asset Management Group, spoke on a panel at SIFMA’s Annual Conference on November 10 in Washington, D.C. Each year, the leaders of the financial services industry gather in our nation's capital for one-on-one conversations, in-depth discussions and expert insights on the state of our capital markets and how they can drive capital formation, job creation and economic growth.
Mr. Burns, one of only two private-practice lawyers to speak at the conference, participated in the panel “Thought Leader Session: Review of the Rulemaking Process and Ways to Improve It.”
