Partner Elizabeth Gray spoke at the American Bar Association’s Tenth Annual National Institute on Securities Fraud.
Elizabeth Gray served as a panelist on the topic of "Expectations for Internal Investigations – the Government’s, the Client’s and Reality." The program drew elite officials from both the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an exclusive educational and professional forum to examine current legal and ethical issues relating to securities fraud.
