Litigation partner Martin Weinstein, who chairs Willkie’s Compliance, Investigations & Enforcement practice in Washington, DC, will moderate a panel on “ The Meaning of “Cooperation” with Government: How Global Anti-Corruption Investigations are Becoming More Challenging and Raising More Local Law Issues and Parallel Investigations.” The panel will explore:
